A propos des cours:
Mon premier objectif avec toutes les disciplines que j' enseigne est de donner envie.
Le but etant de transmettre mes passions et partager mes connaissances de Yoga, de Danse et de Fitness.
Les cours que je donne sont personnalisés car je pense que c'est essentiel d'etre attentive aux besoins de chaque étudiant meme dans les cours collectifs.
Je crois que nous devons etre forts, souples et ouverts, pas uniquement lors des cours mais aussi a tout moment de la vie. Finalement mon seule objectif comme professeur est la progression et contentement de mes eleves. Ce besoin de bien-être est universel . Les Français disent "etre bien dans ses basket", personalment je trouve cette exprestion mignone et tellement profonde car ca symbolise notre desir d'etre en paix avec nous meme dans tellement de niveaux differents.
Je donne des cours particuliers ou en petits groupes, à
domicile, en salle ou en entreprise.

About ...
My first objectif for all the classes that I teach is to make them enjoyable. My goal is to transmit my passion and share my knowledge of Yoga, Fitness, Step & Dance.
Exercise should be pleasurable , we come to class to feel better about ourselves, to feel empowered , to relax & to simply let go. Each class is therefore designed to be 'easy to follow' in a non competitive ambiance. I spend alot of my time creating the structure of the classes so that they can please the varing levels of the participants. Within the class everybody naturally finds their own level from the beginner who is happy to concentrate on just one element of the class to the more advanced women who may be able to incorporate more depth and subtility into her practice. As the trimesters are progessive and expansive everybody has the time to learn , enjoy and relax.
I believe that it is essential to be attentive to each individual , even in a group setting. I disagree with 'one size fits all' & ready made exercise routines, my classes are tailor made to suit the needs and likes of my clients . It is my job to be creative and to be reactive to the people infront of me. I am forever updating my own knowledge and education in the Health & Fitness Industry in order to give a modern, safe & quality service.
It is an absolute joy for myself to see all my clients happily progressing , I think that is why I love teaching. Exercise has so much to offer, it feels good to be strong, flexible & open.
As a mother of two young children I relish the idea that they also will also reap the benefits of being in such a postive environment. It feels good to be healthy and be able to be a positive role model for my loved ones. Quite simply it feels good to do good.
